Course Structure
The ISC is a 5 day intensive course which is conducted ‘in-house’ for organisations with 8 or more course participants or at one of our conference centres for the ‘public’ courses. The course is delivered through qualified trainer assessors who are also qualified investigators from law enforcement agencies. The following areas form the major components of the ISC.
Adult learning techniques applied through the course were developed by our presenters using ‘action based learning techniques’ to make the course an interactive and self assessing experience. An example of this is our observation exercise and interviewing technique scenario where students are taught to identify false representations by other students using behavioural analysis techniques.
Course Recognition
Participants who successfully complete the course will have the option to access online training for the following 4 units of competency from the Certificate IV in Government (Investigations). Demonstration of competency in these units leads to a Statement of Attainment, recognised throughout Australia.
